# Fantasy F1

## Basic Rules and Team Selection

* You must select 5 drivers when picking your Fantasy F1 team without exceeding your budget of 100.0.
* You may select drivers from the same F1 Team.
* You must assign a driver captain, whose score will be doubled.
* The order in which you pick your drivers will not affect your score.
* You can make unlimited changes to your team prior to the contest deadline.

## Types of Contests

There is only one type of F1 contest on FantasyGo: F1 Grand Prix contests.

Note that contests only take place over the final race and not during qualifying or practice races.

## Featured Leagues

* FIA Formula One World Championship

## Cancelled Races

* If a race is cancelled, the contest will be void and all entries will be refunded.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://fantasygo.gitbook.io/knowledge-base/rules-and-how-to-play/fantasy-f1.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
